Combining years of engineering knowledge, we will explain how to rapidly install the SIEMENS 12er-segment spring (P/N: 00319748S03).
Step
1
Pull the Table out and pull the RV head to the outermost side.

Pull down the Segment that has dropped the spring.
Step

With 8mm splice tape, cut a trapezoidal tool and bend a bend.
Step

Insert the bent splicing tape through the small slit underneath the Segment brake pad.
Step

Clamp the spring with tweezers and insert it as far as possible into the Segment's hole.
Step
6
- Insert the Sleeve into the Segment to force the spring into the bayonet position, and then remove the splice tape to determine if the spring is jammed.
- Lastly, load the Sleeve to validate the effect.
